That's the same site that my brother uses for his rentals, but I read somewhere that the emails that tenants get from that site can be mistaken for spam since they look outdated apparently.

And when I moved here my first assumption was that Hazel Green was too rural or just too far out to get good rents.I learned within the first year managing properties in all the surrounding areas that I was very mistaken.

I don't like the terms and would try to avoid.We could still do a conventional loan and if I'm not mistaken it'd be this whole "gift money" thing so the shared ownership wouldn't be recognized legally.

The purchaser may have to present that claim in case the executor does not have actual knowledge of the contract, but you are mistaken about unenforceability.
