but keep in mind CA has higher taxes and reg fees and I’m not doing more than 1-2 flips (short timeframe flips)  a year and many years do 0 flipsDo most flippers put flips into LLC Or in personal name (sole proprietor)  in CA (where you must pay $800 yearly plus accounting and other fees $300to $600+ yearly to maintain LLC) Pros for personal name-save on taxes accounting.

The first one that comes to mind is do you plan to keep working while building your real estate empire?  

I have met a few folks recently who are active in that market and I am planning on following up and seeing what their experience has been.

Typically a real estate agent can service four times more listings then active buyer clients with the same amount of time commitment.Marketing to buyers usually leads you to buyers.

I'm actively searching for my next investment and would appreciate any advice from seasoned investors and developers.
