Does anybody here have experience or recommendations for company clothing merchandise in the greater Tampa area? 

He cannot go to a dept. store and legally walk out without paying for merchandise because he lost his job. 

If you're selling a contract and you know that contract can be invalid then your product is flawed, you're selling bad merchandise, you're also entering into fraudulent waters making implications to the buyer of that imperfect contract. 

But ultimately, I would say you will want to consult with some retail brokers, who will likely be able to help with creating your merchandising plan and void analyses, as well as systems to understand traffic counts and demographics of the area (if you don't know this).

I fully agree with your stance on the matter if someone wants to have their merchandise stolen or destroyed with no recourse that is certainly their right, However I believe renters insurance in this case is more a matter of protecting the property from damage or liability and the cost should be incurred by the renter..

The Eviction merchandise is toungue and cheek as Evictions hurt us more than anyone.

When the guy gets there he is faced with several angry customers holding various pieces of merchandise all with twenty different questions.   

I know you're not supposed to use the MLS to solicit anything that it's not intended for, like merchandise or something.
