Building relationships and finding a mentor takes time.

I've trained people at my jobs when I was a senior accountant to controller.I've used Yardi Enterprise (old desktop client software)Yardi Voyager 6s & 7sYardi Genesis2Reason why I say you won't be able to find a tutor is because no one is going to spend $15K a year to use as a training platform to mentor and tutor people.

I learned a bunch from my 1st (and only so far) purchase but someone with a few deals would be great as an early mentor and potential partner.

And to be honest, I have only considered a hard money loan because that is what my few mentors primarily use to fund their flipping businesses.

The associates I know at the moment aren't in this realm and I would like to have some sort of guidance moving into this next steps.So I'm looking for developers/mentors to help me move forward.

OP has less than 3 years experience and it appears he has no mentor, he will learn by taking some setbacks.

I'm a newbie tooSelf education through books is a conversation between the author (mentor) and you.You'll gain knowledge, connections etc but it takes timeAttending meetups, listening to Youtube videos on subject matter further broadens knowledge base
