But the carpet was not steam cleaned ...full of stains and bubble gums everywhere... the lawn was now even maintained...full of weeds...grass almost dead... so we had to put some fine for carpet and lawn...And also for the lease breakage...

I have been gaining a lot of steam in the real esate game.

Water, garbage and heat paid by landlord, with steam heat.

Sure you can have it steam cleaned but it's still 10 oz of sugar and dye that mostly remain.  

We will keep steaming ahead. 

I have been reading and learning so much over the last 6 months that 2016 will be full steam ahead!

The single detached price has seen large fluctuations which could mean it's run out of steam or is overpriced.So if you were hoping to speculate and buy something you might not have too much luck.

@Nick Leamon:Nick,    Do you know if the tenants tried to steam clean or have that area of the carpet professionally cleaned?

One uses hot air (furnace) and a boiler uses water or steam.
