I’m a property manager with a diverse portfolio of homes in the Disney/Orlando market.

My recommendation would be to choose potential markets - in several price points - that have strong rental demand and year-over-year rent increases and that also are in markets that are appreciating. 

I live and breath the market down here and im sure you too.  

I see a lot of newer investors getting into the market thinking flipping houses is easy money.

The area has attracted a lot of new young professionals with their work from home marketing that gives $10,000 to qualified families to help them establish themselves in the area.

Dover is a fantastic market and I really believe it benefits from both the ability to cash flow and a market that appreciates very well.

Fort Wayne is a good market.

I’ve lived and invested in Texas and think it is great.But your local market anywhere in the U.S. is the best place to invest.
