Ah, but now they have jobs, jobs that make money, and there are plenty of women out there who are looking for a man as a meal ticket first, and everything else later.I'm certainly not knocking all women here. 

A good handy man, a contractor or two for rehab and an experienced real estate professional are invaluable.
