What would you recommend to my team and I as we start out to avoid those same mistakes?

Any software/camera related, that can be controlled through an app where tenant can have constricted access to cameras but i as owner have full access? 

You accused me of a lot of things here my man… a lot of things that simply not true.

My preferred markets are in Iowa (Des Moines, Cedar Rapids), and Minnesota (Fargo, or Minneapolis/Suburbs) if either of these markets are of interest to you feel free to send me a dm!

One thing I’m not able to find, is if I as an owner can take draws from the company and if there are any restrictions.
