When we compare WFH data from pre Covid days we see employees have many distractions during the day like dropping kids to school, shopping, running errands and of course there is a leakage in terms of slacking and socializing.

There was some roof leakage which caused a ceiling mess inside, which almost scuttled the whole deal. 

I can tell you they are in far better shape then the surrounding public roads.My point is this; Governments taxing it's populace to build roads is way more inefficient then the folks keeping their own money and building their own damn roads.Sorry if this truth is inconvenient to your theory.Respectfully, Gary  This is correct.Any time you introduce government, you introduce inefficiency, fraud, beurocracy, and leakage of money.

The report says "relief valve shows signs of consistent leakage" (rather than an active leak).It also says for both units that the "vent pipe from water heater not sealed at chimney."

My biggest concern is there are large gaps in the exhaust from furnace/water heater and a chimney in disrepair that may cause CO leakage!

Prior to making this we reviewed the house and noticed it had basement wall cracks, and some leakage.  

I checked there are no plumbing leakages from the house, the water is not coming from the drain of the house.

He also has a really cool thermal device to help detect air conditioning duct and insulation leakages.

You may actually have a ground water problem or water leakage issue (besides the refrig line).
