Seems like the deals have been all over the place lately.

As I was priced out of the area, I decided to look at other towns in Pennsylvania.I bought a home in late October in Luzerne County for $83,500 and decided to manage on my own for the first time. 

Unfortunately, since you said less than a month till expiration you are already too late to tell them.

They don't allow auto payments or automatically add late fees, and tenants would have the option to pull their payment back, which is not ideal.

A little late notice but we have one tonight in Tempe at 6pm.

(They did multiple inspections, also came for several full afternoons to just poke around the house while we were living there.) 

I have been having problems with them constantly going late.

When I tried to get it when my side of the family found out and tried tp take over reverse mortgage payments to bank because she had died it was to late so they sold the house to Hud and then other reverse mortgage companies but a relative still lives there so they can't kick them out.
