Schools hand out laptops and iPads and have $2,000 computers for kids to "work" on so they're prepared for the future but they don't know how to cook, change a diaper, or hammer a nail.The good news?

Beyond not being able to get a recovery stick for a Razer laptop I recently purchased because it comes from China and the coronavirus...

I know a lot of people that can just work from their laptop at the kitchen table, but we have an energized 2 year old and I'm much more productive if I have a little space for an office. 

As for laptop protection, I think the surge box protects that(?)

I’m using my phone so maybe I’ll have to try a laptop, though I don’t have one so it would be very inconvenient. 

@Steven Gesis gazebos with wifi and electric outlets for charging phones and laptops because a lot of people are working from home these days and get get tired of sitting in the house so they can enjoy the outside weather and work as well.

If you need a laptop, write it off as a business expense if it is indeed for business. 

I like to keep paperwork just so I can physically touch it, but I have more on my laptop.

I get on zillow on my laptop and don't really have any problems.

Then I did a coffee & donut run for my guys working on an addition & the coffee shop was teeming with young millennials shoulder to shoulder on laptops doing their homework/assignments ON-LINE etc because they closed the schools to avoid passing's on Covid-19!!!
