@Nancy E. what pecentage of the spent funds were authorized and the percent that wasn't approved?

I don't mean to be a negative Nancy here, but I think you just have to ask yourself, what is going to make it beneficial for both me and the seller.

In Ohio I would look up the Tax Lien Lady....I think that is where she is based.

It wore me out trying to do that and my day job and I even had a great cleaning lady that I could trust to keep the place stocked and prepped.I have been looking for an AirBnB Manager in Atlanta, asked around, Googled, by I can't find anyone other than individuals that think they might be able to do it maybe.  

I am purchasing the property from a company that is purchasing from the original owner (the lady with the exemptions). 

There's too high a probability that the single parent evictee is having this lady secure housing for her.

She seemed like a very nice lady but like everyone has said - seems too good to be true these ROI numbers!!!
