Once you’ve managed your own, it would be hard to lose the additional income you can make by doing it all yourself.However for where I’m at with juggling several other jobs, it frees me up to do what I enjoy.  

Q: If I want to do multiple fix/flips and own several rentals, Should I have an LLC, and a separate S-Corp, with rentals in LLC, and Fix and Flips in S-Corp?Am a new REI, and plan to purchase several houses each month...

@Autumn Clark congratulations on handling the juggling act and closing on two properties!

I just want to be free and clear so when we move to the next property we can concentrate on the cashflow business side vs the juggling of the credit card payments.

It worked out for the best but it was a lot more demanding then I thought and juggling it all didn’t work.

I had to juggle a lot with the amount of interest we had.

you can balk all you want about the agents perspective but success is never handed to you in any line of work. in any industry the hustlers and grinders are rewarded and the others skating by don't last long or learn how to live on raamen noodle and juggle car payments with other debt. 

I haven't gotten into juggling multiple projects (yet!). 

Regardless of what you choose to use, it will be far better than juggling Excel sheets, receipts, and collecting checks from tenants.
