Does anyone invest in Blue Island?

It's always great to see folks from Long Island diving into the world of real estate investing.

And they even make prefab Island slabs nowadays standard sized like 5 ft x 3 ft, but still cheap....

You could even add an island or bump out peninsula for more sitting and storage. 

I was down closer to the San Mateo bridge by Fashion Island.

I reached out to the main office and heard back from a local outreach member from Rhode Island.

Our local organizations do a lot - we have representatives meeting with council members, a professional PR firm to help change the narrative on STR's here on the islands, and we're working towards increasing our own lobbying power.

It does well as a vacation rental, and we live on the island several weeks a year during off-season.

If you are going to also conduct business in the outer boroughs, Long Island, Westchester and Rockland, then you'd need HGAR. 

AKA attorneys are hired to draw up/revise/review and sign contracts with their clients, in NYC and Long Island: Attorneys are also the ones that handle ordering title searches and etc.
