If they do get turned in they do get investigated and if they are advertising properties they dont own they will get a cease and desist and a fine.. and further violations then become serious.

@Ricardo Polanco you might want to investigate the Class of tenants the property is likely to attract.There's a BIG difference between dealing with Class A tenants vs Class C or D tenants!

If you don't have the intention to actually occupy the home in Washington as your primary residence for the majority of the year, then that is occupancy fraud (investigated by the FBI), which would likely include some jail time if you are found guilty of making misrepresentations.
