When I look at prospects, I can't even consider rental income as part of their cash flow - because (contrary to how good of a landlord you may be), many investors aren't good landlords, and there is no guarantee that the rental income will always be there.If rental income is going to be 100% of your source of repayment, then it doesn't surprise me that a big, inflexible bank would be difficult.
