I do not have the means to address homelessness on city wide basis.I think I would try it on these initial few tents and if anyone else moves back to the same location in the next 6 months, I would look for a different solution.Good luck.Of course, word could get out and you'd have two dozen tents there tomorrow morning. we built a small 27 home community off of Palmblad and the springwater trail there was so infested with these folks as to the point people could not use it.I went to test drive a new tesla and they were just being kicked out of their parking lot off of Mccadam..

The exterminator at the start said it was a pretty nasty infestation, but the tenant did exactly what they exterminator said to do and it seemed to work.

We found a serious mice infestation in one of the apartments and are considering notifying the tenant (written) on our findings, order the pest control service and have it billed to the tenant but was wondering if anyone has done this differently with results.

That should be a one time thing if you had an infestation of bugs unless they're constantly spraying the area for you but that's still a lot!

Apparently in PA, if a tenant brings bedbugs into an apt, for example, they've lived there a year and suddenly there is an infestation where none existed before, it's the tenant's job to get rid of them.

And if we suppose there are a bunch of people taking down deals touting experience that they don't have, it goes to reason that many of those deals will not end well because these people don't actually have great (or any) experience.As to why you and I should be concerned, it's because if this behavior infests this industry, LP's will go elsewhere.

Problems included: septic tank leak, failed water flow test for the well, evidence of carpenter bee infestation in the house and termite infestation in the garage, leaking pipes, roof was bad and all the windows were bad.
