I am not aware of any issues with using third-party screening services. 

I had a call with Simpletalk a few months ago and seemed pretty interesting but haven't pulled the trigger yet as it is costly.I know services do white labels and people brand it into their own AI call services, which mean a lot of these AI calls may actually be the same service...How much does Air AI cost?

(that means I work for Airbnb as an independent contractor, a paid, by Airbnb, consultant to new Hosts).Here is my "tip" that I send to new Hosts:"Pricing is key and worth doing some homework.

The key is to offer something different to the other homes, and be an attentive host, to get good reviews to boost OTA (Airbnb/vrbo) rankings. 

The worst part is they refuse to help me get the account back, quoting their terms of service and stating they are not liable for any issues with my account. 

Close to a cool little town, close to an area attraction, etc....Also do a search here and see how to screen guests, in addition to what the hosting sites do.... like no last minute bookings, no short stays....

SunCoast has a corporate culture of lip service and excuses.
