You might be able to do a few here and there.. but I really doubt that you'll be able to do this consistently .worse business model on the planet frankly..

It's pretty resilient, and hangs on, but it's up and down.I know it looks great from Boston,  (it's only 2.5 to 3 hours north) but it might as well be on another planet in every way.

VA loans are the best loans on the planet in my opinion. 

However we are the number 1 seller in the greater Cleveland area so it has proven to be the most effective method on the planet to moving investment property in the Cleveland area.

First quotes were at 4.00 USD.The final net cost after all the incentives is 1.7 USD / watt and based on the first 9 months I expect a yearly yield of ~8%.Still an ok investment and at least I am now a bit greener than before !
