BP lenders by and large are fine but they but a small fraction of lenders out there.. the lenders on BP have to pay to be there..

But man o man the prices were a fraction of this back in the 70's , 80's.   9 or 10% mortgage on a $60,000 loan was nothing too devastating, even with the lower income at the time.  7% mortgage on 500,000 loan is brutal!

The fractional shares of the LP interest are definitely unregistered securities.

You could put a fraction of that $7800 towards marketing to find off market deals.

Many clients from Canada also boast that pricier neighborhoods in the U.S. for example Miami, are only a fraction of the cost of properties in Canada, so their ROI is much higher.
