It was hard work, dirty work, nobody liked doing it but, it was guaranteed work and $ to feed one's self and family. 

Zillow, Redfin, etc. have IDX feeds directly from the MLS, which is data entered by... real estate agents.

The issue is I've lived in cities my whole life and feed off social life, something I'm already concerned with having when I'm working remotely.I'm currently eyeing cities like Chicago and NYC, the latter of which I have not lived in and have been doing some digging on.

@Nathan Gesner I noticed that too - their videos pop up on my Instagram feed.

But they kept the 1 mil available to me so I could operate and start my construction.. they also feed me lots to build on etc etc.

I love the fact that you can create rules that match the bank feed so that you don't have to "book" each and every transaction that comes through.

Sorry to make a long thread longer, but we too are considering a first position HELOC that we will feed all income and expenses through.

This is where a commercial broker can help you save money and time; When you interview any broker, confirm they have CoStar, CREXI, Catylist, their local MLS and Commercial MLS, are members of the local Commercial REALTOR council, and receive other brokers IDX feeds.
