Ask the realtor for the past 2-3 years of operational finances ... s/he will either try to intimidate you away from wanting/needing them - in which case, walk away - or will provide you with a set of rosy, half-fabricated numbers {accept these with scepticism ... if you get in the territory of a deal, you will ask for corroborating information from his/her accountant or tax returns}.Once you have the financial data, take a run at analysing it, then bring it here for folks to review and assist you with coaxing the {likely} truth from the numbers.

Ebola can be spread through bodily fluids, including diarrhea, meaning it could be present on someones clothes, as they sit on a cloth seat in a plane, in a cloth chair at the ER, sit on a toilet seat in a public restroom, or have open wounds that touch fabric, arm rests, etc.

So flipping properties is an easy way to make huge winfall profits with little to know work..... yeah, I love those shows, but they are tv and are edited for entertainment purpouses. they dont always show all the details.... but with those types of flip you are actually doing something, even if just mowing. even with the eBay people who do similar things with stuff they get at estate sales (my mil does this with fabric), they are doing something with it, even if just makeing it look pretier (wash it) and make it avalible to a wider audience.
