You can buy flooring at that price, but if you're thinking Exotics or anything above base it's probably not enough.

I have always thought the exact same thing in my head every time I see an exotic car lol so I really love that scene!

Except for some very exotic items like easements and maybe air and view rights, there is consistency across the states about what constitutes real estate.  

Loan in PLN, repay in PLN, as simple as that (and that's what any small investor should do when using $ to invest overseas; limit exposure to a absolute minimum, certainly when the income is in a exotic currency (no offense, but PLN is no CHF, EUR or GBP as of yet:-) op

Otherwise- let them live privately/peacefully apart from a few visits a year to make sure your smoke detectors are hooked up and they aren't running an exotic pet farm in the basement.

Most food servers, exotic dancers, and bar tenders, have very minimal 'base' income, it's mostly tip income, and a LOT of the time it's under the table money that the person does not voluntarily report to the IRS and pay taxes on.So, not a solution for you today.

I have a wide variety of interests, financial freedom and exotic cars being a few towards the top of this list.
