@Olivier ChaineIn all trust deed or mortgage documents written by instructional lenders that I’ve come across, a change in ownership/manager structure of an LLC holding title to a property is a violation of the “due on sale” clause, so from a purely covenant violation sense purchasing the LLC doesn’t help you.  

Everyone in the group were either business owners or serial entrepreneurs or had millions of dollars real estate.  

It states that it is not intended to instruct but rather to dictate the rules to a knowledgeable person. 

Also combo that with programs to create more entrepreneurs so they can take their skills and exponentially use them.

There are a lot of other nuance, but thats the gist.I would recommend you find an agent that works with investors and can help you through these issues.In terms of meetups, my brokerage (Wayfinder Homes) hosts one every month in WS - Triad Real Estate Entrepreneurs Meetup.

My wife went to the county, asked for instructions, and then typed them up herself.

It was my habit also to instruct those who ran any business to be knowledgeable about the basics of tax and accounting in order to make better daily decisions. 

I have flipped a few houses during covid and remote working times and was fortunate enough to grow up in a family of real estate investors and entrepreneurs which has provided me mentors and exposure to starting and operating a business.I am thinking of starting my own construction/development company in a few years time and wanted to hear some opinions from people who have done it who are outside of my circle.
