Your enthusiasm and willingness to get involved in awesome, From someone who has been there wanted to get involved I'd like to offer some unsolicited advice. 

They're only about $150, but, they deal with recovery of judgments, and their reviews aren't filling me to the brim with enthusiasm in their product.Any suggestions?

I would try and meet with as many of those people as you can and make sure that your enthusiasm shines through.

I'm sure you can find ways to curb the enthusiasm. 

But once real estate isn't viewed so positively in the media etc sellers will be more open to negotiating.Right now there is so much enthusiasm it's "cool" to be in real estate .. like it's cool to work for a startup .

. - their enthusiasm is lost on me.

Because there is a lack of deals but not enthusiasm, so they sell courses to newbies who are so late to the party its not even funny.

The amount of info, enthusiasm and sense of community is overwhelming to me.
