It's interesting to make a documentary about someone scamming when your business model is literally bait and switch.

They just done this because of that documentary (our divided city) that aired about the city owning all these run down buildings and contributing to the blight.

ThG is my next venture  I'm trying to record videos of the whole process so I can compile a 1-2 hour documentary on doing it.

Love to see a documentary that follows him for the entire process from identifying property, asking about it, inspections, improvements, through does it really have renters, etc. once bought. 

A good example: I watched a documentary where the KY state pension fund invested pension money with some Wall Street private equity firm, and the person who introduced the private equity got more than a million dollars as an introductory fee 😲😲😲(taxpayers' money).
