I know the general basics of the market, the business model, etc, but I was hoping to take my knowledge to the next level.My biggest goal right now is to own a rental property before I graduate college (currently a junior in high school).For context, I love reading books about investing and personal finance (I have a very solid foundation of knowledge built up) and I currently have a portfolio of about 11k between stocks and crypto. 

I read several ways to get cash like using plastiq(they wont allow you to do wire transfer especially to yourself or person to person) , venmo(cash app but limited) buy gold and sell cash for cash or even buying crypto and selling for cash but thats alot of fees which is a bad idea. 

Deficits, China selling, demographics, the great unwinding of globalization, the loss of reserve currency status.

I would not invest it in anything crazy (like crypto) - preservation of capital would be my #1 priority. 

Our close friends here have a home worth approximately $350,000 (in Panama, they adopted US currency as their currency, so all values are USD/Panamanian).

I am currently working with Rent-to-Retirement to pick-up 2-4 properties this year and grow from there with RTR and other opportunities.My only other investment income comes from my crypto mining business.

It really depends on what you prefer, some prefer crypto currency (not me), I prefer private lending / mortgage notes and structured it in a way where there is no ordinary income taxation on it, so it is treated as a qualified dividends.You can invest in anything / any type of business, it really is based on what YOU want to invest in.

This may be one reason folks are willing to get back into crypto in a major way.
