Florida recently passed a new law to crack down on all the tenants who were taking advantage of how easy it is to pay a small fee to an online company they never even have to meet with to get their pets registered as an ESA so they can have pets where they’re not allowed and/or get out of paying pet fees.Now, you don’t have to accept those phony internet-only registration certificates they simply pay a fee for and print out.Gov.

Be aware that there has been some changes in legislation and certain burroughs are starting to crack down on that practice.From an investment standpoint, commercial buildings (6+ doors) that are outside the reach of most retail buyers is where you'll find opportunity for cashflow because you won't have many buyers looking to buy such a property as an alternative to a condo or a single family home where the prices exceed the cost of building and cannot cashflow.

I'd also say that this issue is not that political as there are supporters in both parties to crack down with regulations, suggesting it's political is pretty much by those who want to make it political.

If the State decides to crack down they could say..to give them proof that I paid the contractor and if I only have checks that I made to the unlicensed guy, then there would be no defense.
