Hi everyone!

I'm Ray, born in the Toronto area but raised in Montreal. I'm a CPA by trade, working full time in a multinational corporation.

I've always had a keen interest in Real Estate, particularly multi-plex homes. My goal is to generate additional wealth by purchasing multi-plexes and creating a portfolio within the next ~10 years. My short-term goal is to purchase a duplex within the next year where I will occupy one of the units.

What do you think about Montreal's multi-plex environment? Is an owner occupied plex a profitable first investment?

I look forward to meeting like minded Real Estate enthusiasts in Montreal and all over Canada. Let's connect!

Ray
