Once again for anyone with a short attention span or reading comprehensive issues - I'm doing this by simply using a different way to pay, NOT liquidating my savings, stocks, properties, or receiving some sort of inheritance or any other voodoo.

I'd like to understand @Devin James, from the domestic developer mind of things; If there stands a confusion, lack of comprehension on how to address housing compilation in a given region, city, MSA etc., why not look to Europe? 

My opinion is that an umbrella policy will provide easier and more comprehensive asset protection.

However, if you’re thinking of investing a significant amount of capital, I’d do a much more comprehensive search.        

membership is something like APPL which is just non regulated group of private investors working on best practices but there is no authority behind them like  state license or NMLS registration has ..

Like I said, most of these authors/investors talk about going bigger sooner.
