Builders Cutting Corners On New Builds
23 November 2022 | 5 replies
For example almost all the trim pieces in doorways are cut too short and there’s a cm gap at the bottom, you can see pencil lines drawn on the tile, paint chips on parts of the way, etc. personally we don’t care since it’s a rental but most that live in this neighborhood own the home so if they did these things on all the homes that’s pretty sad.

Am looking at corecon.com which expresses on their website that it is a robust PM/CM software that will eventually iron out some of my constantly changing standards (trying to improve but sometimes I forget my own rules/standards).

Excellent advice from Patrick B ,you're question is too broad, you need to narrow down to block and streetTo get a better opinion but in general around the CM is revitalizing pretty quickly, up around BT is high end .East of i65 is still kinda scary (imo) but prices are moving up there really fast also so...I got a house close to CM and am pretty happy but it's early days yet.
