I would like to speak with someone from the city that could look at the property's actual citations/records and tell me that it's not pending a demolition and the citations/cases are all closed.

I saw two people recently get a cease and desist and another operator get issued a citation by the state (got that in the mail today).

One I purchased from list source and the other I used a VA to perform online research to find owners in my area with citations that met some other criterion too.

The security service can directly issue citations to violators.

There was a citation on the property they didn't take care of although they said they did.  

The house has had this violation for 20 years and the current owner has never received a fine or citation. 

Criminal and traffic citations are all searchable in state level links for PA.

Lets move on and hopefully I can add something of value without this intensepersonal debate.There are limitations as to what I can post publicly, so I will put more thought into anything I post, with that in mind.Once I post statutes, citations and or case law, and how this applies to a given issue, I cross a line that is not conducive.Can you accept that?

One thing I have found when working with them is that they are good people and really do not want to write citations and a landlord that walks in with the question of "what do i need to be legal and safe?"
