Roughly how many are you looking to circulate?

Open the cabinet doors beneath all sinks to try and allow warmer air to circulate in.

Now if you had like $50K to have an architect do the drawings, have a put contract on the land, and hire some marketing people to circulate your plan, you would probably have a 25% chance of this happening.

There was an article in the Times Union a few years ago about it that got circulated around on Facebook for a bit by some RPI folks. 

My thought is by adding a HVAC system and providing air circulation that this would remedy the problem.Has anyone had experience with moisture issues in an all concrete structure?  

Just make sure you meet the Arizona publication requirement (publish your Articles in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where you do business, for three consecutive publications within 60 days of approval).

I am hearing this more often in many markets.. counties not happy with re folks chasing down homeowners in distress.. but all tax sales MUST be published a paper in circulation in the county so last resort just buy the newspaper for 50 cents.

There was MF debt circulating in the low 4's well after market rate loans were into the 5's that was portfolio money that just wanted to lend on MF assets in our market and was willing to do so at competitive rates. 

There are cutouts over each door, covered by a grate, that I guess allows the warm air to circulate through to the other rooms.

Language such as this would allow LL to amend said rules, circulate, and then enforce.
