I'm not sure about you but a broke government is almost always a deal breaker for me when it comes to investing in real estate.Finally, while Puerto Rico has had its fair share of devastation from hurricanes and Haiti from earthquakes, the Dominican Republic has been mostly escaping from both (yet all good construction there is hurricane- and earthquake-resistant).

When electricity comes into a meter panel, the exterior panels can be expanded, separate meters can be installed, and of course separate service entrance panels with breakers.

The rest of the house looks good but at least one bedroom is really small and would be an office for most buyers so you have a 2/2 rather than a 3/2.If you have been getting feedback from agents showing the property that the layout is the deal breaker there is not much you can do with that other than learn for the next one and lay it out up front and get feedback / input.

In 1940, I think it would have been a fuse panel not breakers and that the wiring might have still lacked a separate ground wire.
