If they could get out of their own way of their own regulation or reduce them for developers and charities to be able to build housing from say shipping containers,  or in older commercial buildings without having to do a full upgrade to modern standards.

-if there was an unexpected expense (such as a car repair or family emergency) that the service member didn't have the cash or credit to pay for, we would arrange for a certain military charity to offer a no-interest loan (or sometimes grant) to get him by for a couple months.

Also if 300 a month , 10% is not something you can stomach then you should lean towards self management.2) If you are getting bad tenants you may want to consider talking to the various agencies in the area like catholic charities etc.

There are charity organizations that you may be able to apply to in order to get assistance on rent, and we would be happy to accept rent from such an organization (insert charity names and contact info if you know of any, in my area there are several grant programs that help single women specifically).
