There's a dearth of people with the money and inclination to cash out your investment in 'high adventure' properties.

Venture to the unexplored real estate area… maybe this 6-figure job is holding me down Will I regret not giving myself an all in adventure ….Does anyone ever run into this cross road?

I do not have any debt and my credit score is 800.Life has been an adventure and now I find myself at 30, staying with family rent-free.

The data we have seen shows obviously Malls, Hotels, Casinos, Strip Malls as being hit the hardest. 

@Anthony Blanco: I think inherently underwriting a deal is hard and will never be streamlined.That being said, any model can be used for a quick and dirty model just to see if the deal generally pencils before you dive in more.I love the Adventures in CRE models.  

I do not plan on going on this adventure alone, but I do plan on coming in with a partner(s) in the future.
