I think a 25% markup is fair in some cases...or better yet, just make enough profit on the entire job to not bother the client with marking up little HD trips....

This may not be the most ideal answer but for ridiculous things the police departments in my area will inform the tenants not to bother them and it usually ends the situation.

Honestly if you are an investor , my advice is that you dont tell that to the contractor , because the majority of the good ones wont bother working for you  .

I get being annoyed by the constant adding of rules and regulations from the site, it bothers me as well, but frankly, anyone who wasn't already meeting these guidelines with their messaging shouldn't be hosting anyway.
