I think though now with this new law it gives the state an easy track to regulate compliance  IE you either gave the disclosures or you did not you either have the disclosures on your website and marketing or you dont.. be very cut and dry for enforcement. 

It blows my mind that you can actually start and operate a legitimate business in the US without telling the government (not the public) the name and address of the owner.

One or two little mistakes in your underwriting, a miss on the walkthrough, and you will blow right through your profit and come out in negative.
