I have decided not to pursue conventional higher education (i.e. college or tradeschool) I have no aversion to hard work but would rather utilize my blood sweat and tears to make myself money, not somebody else.I am fully aware real estate is not a get rich quick scheme so I'm coming to the forums to ask for any advice on what vehicle of real estate investing I should pursue...

Depending on the cabinet style I will either replace the whole thing or put a new countertop on it and then a vessel sink on top of that to raise it.

Sure I helped a bunch of people in tough situations, but when I think back to all the wasted hours and effort involved in a short sale, it makes my blood boil.I would still list one for a good client, but only if the seller agreed to have a local attorney handle the negotiations and closing.
