I don't have children and am a huge dog - guy and pretty much allow all my tenants to have dogs... even PITBULLS which are so prevalent down here, I have extra umbrella insurance to cover this precise breed.So, it's 3/8 and I haven't heard from them... the non-touchy feely one texted me Saturday and said she's been busy and doesn't take well to threats or demands, which is the line I used on them when they started barking orders at me.

Sometimes a cat or dog is a chill well cared for and awesome addition to the house; other animals can pee everywhere, chew the door and window frames, bark all the time, go bananas and stuff their nose in the crotch of every visitor, or the owner simply will not spring for flea meds or vet visits, leading to problems all housemates can feel.Like many aspects of this, it's a balancing act, and something to be mindful of.While I'm thinking through it, other things to keep in mind include furniture, storage space, parking spaces, and visitors.

Properties were ordered to be sold, I barked about the proposed profits, attorney told me to take a hike and I did as it was a court ordered sale, just got paid off again as my profit sharing note only had a deed of trust.I do learn.

The dog barks outside and neighbors do not want them so tenants hide inside and the dog tears up the place trying to get out.250 doesn't cut it for a pet retainer.
