Like any state or federal government, something happens and they swing way to far in the other direction,I applied for licensing in california and they will not accept federal fingerprints.

This is a super important question and it doesn't just apply to lenders.

We basically handled the appliances when the floors were done, removal of wall paper (I hope I never see any ever again, lol) repaired the walls, paint, hardware, installed new stairs and applied poly. 

You can also set it up to automatically apply late fees which is nice.

I would love to know whether it is possible to apply the BRRRRR method there or other creative financing over there as a foreigners.
