Team of people watching notifications and contacting guests and if necessary going out to property to address issues.

My biggest concern is just having boots on the ground in case something goes wrong.

Even competent 3rd party management can only mitigate, not necessarily address many of the issues that arise when owning lower tier properties & population growth alone is not a magic pill.
