Gary Rivlin, the writer for the New York Times, actually did a great job of researching the story -- he was willing to live in one of our mobile home parks for almost a week to find out what the tenants really were thinking.

Some people are naturally great writers so the blog does well for them.

What I am confused about is that in this thread, the writer was fully intending on completing his year stay to make it legal, then move out and repeat the process, each time staying a year in the new place.
