We did not fund the last few million of the raise, so we are allowing the final slots to come in at up to 20% APR, fixed annual simple deferred return (deferred means you get all of your interest earnings at the end when we repay your principal – and that happens when we finish building and then sell the apartment complex).This asset is our safest MF asset, in my opinion, BECAUSE the project is backed not just by our equity in the apartments – but by our equity in the entire 54-acre land development.

So I strive towards using Lodgify which is a standalone solution that hosts creating a web front, connectivity PMS Channel manager with seamless integration with air airbnb and booking.com. although the platform is very useful we are now seeking towards expanding to a new platform that can onboard us with more rental platforms، based on my research I found a channel manager by a company called Rategain, unfortunately we cannot integrate it seamlessly so the solution would've been to use automation software (Zapier) that can bridge both platforms.

For that service to be 20 dollars less a month they use a phone tree that requires outsourcing to other countries to answer and sending them to an information web black hole to spend endless time finding what they are looking for.Then you have someone like me that makes up a very small percentage of the population in income and wealth.
