Obviously Dubai is a incredible city to visit and it will remain as the center of the middle east.

I still have family in CA however so I visit often, and investors can drive to their properties if needed from Northern CA.  

A phone call will answer all the questions or a quick visit is better, set an appt. 

You should also look to join your local investor's Facebook pages.
