I would start to see if your local high school, middle school etc have any teachers or people teaching business.

The recent years of gimmicky names is definitely getting a bit out of control (and frankly hurting investors), especially when the “teacher” is pivoting far far away from what that individual was originally successful at.

There is a huge opportunity within my area north of Atlanta to provide rentals to the senior and/or community worker (teachers) population.

Your past experience with sneaky smokers is a solid teacher.

Like many trying to "educate" the teacher doesn't even know what real estate is, why it's valuable or where value comes from.

I have been a teacher for 20 years and did real estate as a hobbyI realized it was more that just a hobby or a second job or investing   It’s something I loved. 

I lived in palo Alto for years and when we would go to pot luck at the kids schools you should have seen the food.. at one point one of the teachers said there were 27 different nationalities ..

The real world is the real teacher. 

One of my tenants is a teachers aide at the school down the street and has been working there for 11 years.
