There just may be a handy young soldier down there on base that wants a side project - that you could get into a deal with where she or he makes a percent of the sales after fixing up?

I want to buy property around Fort Campbell which is in Clarksville, TN because I know Soldiers get BAH and the area will always have personnel flowing in and out.

- If so the Soldiers and Sailors Act protects you from default actions taken by a Mortgagee.
