Good morning all. I am a retired Soldier, small business owner and aspiring new REI. My wife and I are currently on our 4th round of buy, remodel, live in for a while then sell. We have done well on all of these properties and have decided that its time to invest in something that we aren't living in. I will probably be lurking for a while trying to absorb a much as possible. I look forward to experiencing all this site has to offer while getting to know folks along the way. have a great day all.
