Even places like Yonkers and New Rochelle can get you there, my only issue with those areas is that taxes are much much higher and it kills cashflow.

This is a small town, Rochelle, population is 8,900, median home price is 125k....From your experience, what are the best town to invest in MHP in Illinois ? 

Looked at a bunch of areas but haven't been super impressed with anywhere yet after looking at the numbers.I was considering:Yonkers, NYEastchester, NYMount Vernon, NYNew Rochelle, NYHastings on the Hudson, NYJournal Square, Jersey City NJMaplewood, NJLong Island seems to be a bit expensive and house prices a bit high right now.
