If I know the county where the property is located, then I can type the address in the county GIS website and retrieve the name of the entity that owns the property.

There's no harm in saying, "Hey I'm going to Amazon some of the specific things I want put into the home, let's set up a system for package retrieval, quality control, and installation."

Several hours later, they were in the back of my truck on the way to the pound and a (not so nice) note on his door informing where to retrieve the dogs along with a 14 day no right to cure notice.
